Refund policy
We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something is wrong, we will fix it. This policy explains when you can return a product, how to do it, and what you can expect from us.
1.1 Eligible Returns
You may return a product within 15 days of delivery if:

1.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

Products that have been opened, used, or swatched (for hygiene reasons)

Products without original packaging or missing their seal

Products returned more than 15 days after delivery

Products purchased during a final sale or clearance event (marked as non-returnable at time of purchase)

Free gifts or bonus items received with a purchase
1.3 How to Request a Return
To start a return:

Take clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and send them to us
We will respond within 1-2 business days to confirm whether your return is approved and provide next steps.
1.4 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at checkout.
If you paid by bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash, please provide your account details when requesting a return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

If your order qualified for free shipping and you return part of it, the shipping fee may be deducted from your refund
1.5 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for damaged or defective products only. If you want to exchange for a different product or shade, please place a new order and return the original item as per the process above.
