Shipping policy

We ship across Pakistan. This policy covers how and when we dispatch orders, estimated delivery times, and what happens if something goes wrong during delivery.

4.1  Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day

  • During sales or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 3 business days


4.2  Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Islamabad / Rawalpindi: 1-2 business days

  • Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Quetta: 2-4 business days

  • Other major cities: 3-5 business days

  • Remote areas and smaller towns: 5-7 business days

These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary based on courier operations, weather, or location.


4.3  Shipping Charges

  • Flat shipping rate applies at checkout based on your location

  • Free shipping may be available on orders above a minimum order value (shown at checkout)

  • Cash on delivery orders may attract a small additional fee, shown at checkout


4.4  Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this to track your package with the courier directly.


4.5  Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available, the courier will attempt redelivery or contact you directly

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery, you will be responsible for reshipping charges

  • Please make sure your address and phone number are correct when placing an order


4.6  Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives physically damaged due to shipping, photograph the package and contents immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
