By placing an order on cosmetik.pk, you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing. If you disagree with any part, do not use our website or services.

3.1  Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, if applicable


3.2  Orders and Pricing

  • All prices on cosmetik.pk are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice

  • A price change after you have placed an order does not affect your confirmed order

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including if a pricing error occurs

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in color or packaging may occur


3.3  Payment

  • We accept payment via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and cash on delivery (where available)

  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed

  • Cash on delivery orders are confirmed by phone before dispatch

  • We are not responsible for payment errors caused by third-party processors


3.4  Product Information

  • We take care to list accurate product descriptions, ingredients, and shelf dates

  • We do not make medical or dermatological claims about any product

  • Customers with known skin conditions or allergies should check ingredients carefully before purchasing

  • If you are unsure about a product, contact us before ordering


3.5  Intellectual Property

All content on cosmetik.pk, including text, images, logos, and product photography, is owned by or licensed to Cosmetik.pk. You may not copy, use, or reproduce any part of this website without our written permission.


3.6  Limitation of Liability

Cosmetik.pk is not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities arising from product use where ingredients were accurately listed

  • Delays caused by courier or third-party logistics providers

  • Losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to user negligence

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products


3.7  Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.


3.8  Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on the website. Continued use of cosmetik.pk after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
