Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet is a silicone-based matte liquid lipstick made for strong pigment, a soft velvet finish, and realistic long wear in Pakistan weather.

The anhydrous formula sets quickly and uses film-forming polymers to help color grip the lips with better transfer resistance than a standard cream lipstick. Shade 15 Red-volution is a cool-neutral red for wheatish to deep skin tones. Shade 09 Happy Nude Year is a warm peachy nude pink for fair to medium skin tones.

Apply one thin layer from the center outward and let it set for about a minute. Dry lips should use a very light balm base before application. The formula contains fragrance and carmine, so it is not vegan and is not fragrance-free.
