Rimmel’s Only 1 Matte uses a silicone carrier system (Cyclopentasiloxane) alongside Isononyl Isononanoate, an emollient ester that keeps the colour layer sitting on the lip surface instead of pulling moisture out of it. The result is a velvet finish that holds 4 to 6 hours without the tight, uncomfortable feeling older mattes leave behind. Silica locks the finish by absorbing surface oils, and Vitamin E adds a mild conditioning effect so the formula does not feel harsh after a few hours of wear.
800 Run the Show is a bold, cool-toned purple that reads particularly well on medium to deep wheatish Pakistani skin tones. It is a statement shade — evening events, formal outings, anywhere you want your lip to be the first thing someone notices. 110 Leader of the Pink is a punchy hot pink that suits fair to medium skin tones and works across both casual and dressed-up looks.
To use: Start with clean lips and a thin balm coat two minutes before application. Line your lips first if you want sharp edges. Apply in one pass from the centre outward using the slanted bullet. Blot once, then apply a second light coat for longer hold.
